Is our spray booths built to industrial standards?

  • Yes – our industrial paint booths are engineered with air injection across the full ceiling area through filters, creating counter-pressure that ensures even airflow distribution throughout the booth. Extraction is placed in the floor to capture overspray as close to the source as possible, with a minimum air velocity of 0.3 m/sec. maintained vertically throughout.  
  • All industrial booths are built from non-combustible materials and delivered compliant with EN 16985, EN 1539, and ATEX zone 2 classification, with a minimum of 750 lux lighting throughout. 

Do we supply single and double industrial paint booth configurations?

Ventherm supplies both single and double industrial paint booths to match your production setup and capacity requirements. Both configurations are built to the same technical standards and delivered as complete, ready-to-operate solutions.

Single industrial paint booth

A single booth handles priming and finishing for both water-based and solvent-based coatings. It is well-suited for operations with a consistent part size and steady production flow, where one controlled environment covers all your coating needs. The single configuration is a straightforward, cost-effective solution for facilities with predictable production volumes.

Double industrial paint booth

A double booth features an intermediate roller door in full width and height. When the door is open, the two sections operate as one large industrial spray booth, ideal for oversized components. When closed, they run as two fully independent units, allowing large and small jobs to run simultaneously without interruption. This makes the double configuration a strong choice for operations with varied part sizes and changing production volumes.

Do our industrial spray booths work outside?

  • Where indoor space is limited, Ventherm’s outdoor booth concept is often the most practical solution. We design and build self-contained outdoor industrial booths that are fully insulated, weatherproof, and compliant with applicable standards for snow load and wind load.
  • The outdoor concept is considerably more cost-effective than constructing a new building and subsequently installing equipment inside it – and the booths are available in a wide range of colours, so they can match your existing building design if required.

Are our industrial spray booths energy efficient?

  • Ventherm’s energy-saving package includes up to 75% heat recycling using heat exchangers, variable frequency drives on all motors, high-efficiency fans and LED lighting, and energy-saving programmes that reduce consumption during inactive periods.
  • All installations include Beckhoff PLC-based control systems with a straightforward operator interface and remote access for Ventherm technicians.

Is our paint booth ready for robotic integration?

  • Many of our customers combine their commercial paint booth with automated equipment to increase throughput and reduce manual labour. Ventherm supplies both painting robots and spray painting robots with automatic programming capabilities.
  • A 3D scan of the part is matched against the CAD model via the Inropa™ PoseFitter, which generates an optimised robot program automatically. From documented projects, robotic solutions have delivered paint material savings of 25-32% compared to manual application. 
  • Zone ventilation ensures full airflow in the active coating area while reducing ventilation in idle zones to around 10% capacity, keeping energy consumption low without compromising air quality.
