Leadership transition at Ventherm

Ventherm A/S has appointed Jens Mørk as new CEO. Previous CEO Peter Kattai Ulrikkeholm joins the Board of Directors by start of April 2026.

Ventherm has employed the experienced CEO, Jens Mørk, to lead the company’s continued growth and success within surface treatment facilities and paint automation solutions. Jens Mørk has a strong and successful track record as CEO from Muehlhan and Altrad Services. Hence, Jens Mørk has a deep insight into surface treatment.

Previous CEO Peter Kattai Ulrikkeholm steps into a role in the Board of Directors, which will now consist of John Agerholm (Chairman), Rune Lund Bendixen (Sales Director and Board Member) and Peter Kattai Ulrikkeholm.

The leadership change happens as a consequence of Peter having to recover from a concussion. He will follow a demanding training scheme so he can recover fully.
