All paint facilities from Ventherm have one or more chimneys, and the size matters….

Have you noticed that all paint facilities from Ventherm have one or more chimneys? See for example the pictures with two chimneys we recently installed for Bladt Industries in Denmark. Each chimney is 77 m high and Ø3200 mm.

The size is absolutely no coincidence, as a number of laws and guidelines set requirements for the emission and thus the chimney of a paint facility.

On the one hand, the emission in the chimney must comply with some specific limit values set by the EU.

In addition, the plant supplier must use a special atmospheric air dispersion model to calculate the spread of air pollution in a certain radius around the chimney.

The spread of the pollution must comply with other nationally determined limit values.
