Project Highlights:

• 1 Spray Booth (8 x 6 x 7 meters): Equipped with a capacity of 34,000 m³/h and gas heating, this booth ensures precise and efficient spraying operations.
• 1 Drying Booth: Features a capacity of 20,000 m³/h and gas heating, designed for effective drying of painted components.
• 2 Paint Robots: Automated robots for precise and consistent application, enhancing the quality and efficiency of the painting process.
• 1 Power & Free Conveyor System: Spanning approximately 400 meters, this system facilitates smooth and efficient movement of parts through the facility.
• Welding Extraction System: Includes a heat recovery unit and filter with automatic cleaning, ensuring effective extraction and recycling of heat and maintaining a clean work environment.
• 1 Paint Mix Room: Dedicated space for accurate paint preparation, ensuring consistent and high-quality finishes.
