• Manual Blast Room: Equipped with a scraper floor and a recycling system, this room ensures effective surface preparation while minimizing waste.
• Power & Free Conveyor System: Facilitates smooth and efficient movement of parts throughout the facility, enhancing productivity.
• Service Platform for Equipment: Provides easy access to all equipment, ensuring streamlined maintenance and operation.
• Dual Spinner Hanger: Allows for efficient rotation and handling of parts, improving the painting process.
• Wheel Blast Machine: Delivers high-performance blasting to prepare surfaces for optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
• Paint Booth: Includes an Energy-Saving Package for reduced operational costs and improved sustainability. Additionally, the booth is equipped with a built-in crane for easy handling and positioning of parts.
