Ventherm is proud to present a comprehensive custom-designed installation for Protectors A/S, featuring advanced equipment for efficient and high-quality spray and drying operations.

Project Highlights:

• Spray/Drying Booth (33 x 7 x 5 meters, 2 Zones): A large, versatile booth divided into two zones to handle different stages of the process or multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High-Capacity Ventilation: Equipped with two systems, each providing 55,000 m³/h, ensuring optimal air quality and efficient drying across the entire booth.
• Water Heated with 80% Heat Recycling: Utilizes water heating with an 80% heat recycling system, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs.
• Paint Mix Room (ATEX Zone 1): A dedicated space for safe and precise paint preparation, compliant with ATEX Zone 1 standards to ensure safety in potentially explosive atmospheres.
