Surface Treatment Facilities for NCT-Bjørge
We are excited to have provided NCT-Bjørge with a state-of-the-art surface treatment facility designed for efficiency and versatility.
Project Highlights:
- Double Spray/Drying Booth: Measuring 14 x 5 x 4.5 meters with two 20,000 m³/h air handling units, separated by an intermediate door. Gas heated with extraction integrated into the walls.
- Power & Free Conveyor System: Three systems installed in the ceiling for flexible and efficient material handling.
- Blast Room: Dedicated space for effective surface preparation.
- Paint Mix Room: Equipped for accurate paint mixing and preparation.
This integrated setup enhances operational efficiency and quality control, providing NCT-Bjørge with a comprehensive solution for their surface treatment needs.
