As main contractor, Ventherm successfully executed a comprehensive upgrade of an existing spray booth, delivering a modernized, energy‑efficient, and fully integrated solution tailored to the customer’s facility.
- Complete refurbishment of the existing spray booth to increase airflow capacity, including removal of outdated equipment and rerouting of ducting previously connected to the drying booth.
- Installation of a new air handling unit featuring a cross-heat exchanger enabling 60% heat recovery, while re‑using the existing chimney connection.
- Implementation of a full extraction floor to ensure optimal ventilation, combined with new LED lighting for an improved working environment.
- Integration of existing crane systems to maintain seamless workflow and operational continuity.
The air handling unit was strategically positioned away from the spray booth, with underground ducting installed to maintain efficient logistics and unobstructed movement throughout the facility.
