Ventherm has delivered a complete paint booth solution measuring 90 meters
MPA Måleriproduktion AB in Sweden, where the system is used for painting trains. The booth is equipped with our Human Positioning System, which ensures segmented ventilation adapted to the operators’ position – for optimal air quality and energy efficiency during operation.
The solution comprises 3 units, each with a capacity of 40,000 m³/h, as well as our Energy-Saving-Package, which significantly reduces energy consumption without compromising the working environment. To support ergonomic and efficient work at the heights and lengths required for train painting, the booth is equipped with 3D operator platforms, providing flexible access to the entire surface of the train.
With this solution, MPA Måleriproduktion AB has gained a flexible, energy-efficient, and future-proof paint system for train production from Ventherm.
